Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation Window Because every Kurga Atelier piece involves specialized craftsmanship and custom-sizing, we begin preparing your order promptly. You may request a full cancellation and refund within 1 hour of placing your order. After this 1-hour window, orders enter our production queue and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

2. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items Due to the bespoke nature of our 925 sterling silver jewelry and the custom sizing tailored to each client, all sales are final after the 1-hour cancellation window.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items once production has commenced or after they have been shipped.

• Promotional items, gift cards, and custom engraving orders are strictly non-returnable.

3. Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items) The only exception applies to items received with verified structural defects or transit damage. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at skyazrworld@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof, so we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
