2. Mark where the ends meet, then lay the strip flat.
3. Measure the length in millimetres — this is your inner circumference.

Tips:
- Measure in the evening, when fingers are at their largest.
- Measure when your hands are warm, not cold.
- For wider bands, choose half a size up.
- If between two sizes, go up.
